Responsibilities of the PSO

Successful delivery of all assigned strategic IT projects.

Establish product life cycle management processes/methodologies to provide consistent approaches across the campus.

Ensures that IT projects meet or exceed regulatory and statutory requirements, such as the HIPAA and TAC 202 regulations.

Ensure that strategic projects maintain alignment with overall established IT strategic direction

Prepares and distributes project documentation.

Managing projects when necessary.

Managing project management toolset.
