HelpDesk and Training

 

 

The Help Desk is a central call center for IT customers seeking support for their technology regarding:

  • answers questions,
  • logs calls,
  • dispatches assistance and
  • tracks resolutions

Training provides training in campus-wide applications to end users.

 

 

HelpDesk

 

The HelpDesk supports university applications like Peoplesoft FMS, HRMS, SIS, Imagine, TPX, the Time Management System, and Novell. They also can help with Outlook password resets and general network connectivity for the administrative Local Area Networks (LANs).

Training

 

The Information Technology Training Team upholds and strengthens the mission of UTHSC-H through complete, hands on instruction on most internal software systems and applications.

 

Their objective is to serve as a resource for information relating to current technologies by providing employees with computer skills, knowledge, and competencies to thrive in the UTHSC-H workplace.
