I run Outlook on my work PC. Am I affected?

Once the process is complete all users will be notified.
IT will run the Exchange Update tool which will update your calendar entries. Your operating system must have also been updated. If your operating system was updated after the Exchange Update tool was run, please contact your local LAN manager or the Help Desk. They will need to assist you in running the Outlook Update tool.
I run Entourage on my work PC. Am I affected?
Yes. Apple Mac users also running the Microsoft Entourage application may need to apply some additional patches. Please contact your local LAN Manager for additional details.
I run Windows 95/98/ME/2000. Am I affected?

Am I covered just because the Exchange Tool and Outlook Tool has run?
No. Users will continue to experience calendaring issues until the operating system patch has been applied and the Exchange Tool has been run on all computers from which they log into Outlook, including home computers.
