Leadership & Oversight
CIO, Rick Miller provides leadership and oversight for the Information Technology department. The CIO is the primary liaison to other UT components, UT System and the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) in Austin. The CIO represents IT on various university councils, committees and task forces. Additionally, the CIO provides resources and assistance to manage risk and help ensure compliance with the myriad of regulations governing most areas of information technology.
